What is your nickname? Nic, Nickstar or Bockers (as in Knicker Bockers)

Do you play sport? Not anymore but I am a massive Roller Derby fan and would have definitely signed up if I had discovered it 10 years ago! Go ADRD!!! Where is your favourite place to travel? I love Scotland. We went right through the middle and stayed on the Isle of Skye – stunning and the people are beautiful!

What was your first car? Oh my first love – a 1973 LJ Torana called Rusty What is your dream job? I’m already doing it! Who is the most famous person I met was? Michael Hutchence from Inxs – a beautiful and kind man What would you superpower be? I would love to have the power to wave my hands and restore nature and clean up water ways. If you were at the last Supper, who would be the twelve guests you would invite? Living or dead? David Le'aupepe, Albert Einstein, Ricky Gervais, Russell Brand, Sarah Millican, Wangari Maathai, Adam Bandt, Sir Richard Branson, Marilyn Monroe, Costa Georgiadis, the Dalai Lama and Jim Cummings.

What is your favourite food? Stazzi and Co’s vegan yiros...yumm! Who is your favourite Musician or song? So many! Gang of Youths are on repeat at the moment. My favourite song is Iris by The Goo Goo Dolls. What is your favourite flower or plant? Oooh I would say Hardenbergia. What do you love the sound of? Kids laughing and nature
