Nearly 350 people attended a special memorial service celebrating the life of Craig Norman last Friday the 7th of July at the Ridley Centre in the Wayville Showgrounds.
More than 10 speakers took the stage to recount their unique tales of life with Craig. Craig was a man who gave his time generously to a variety of associations and charities, and as such there were many wonderful stories to tell.
The speakers included MLSA Life Member Beryl Bredon (who was instrumental in the organisation of the service having been a close friend and colleague of Craig’s for many years), as well as MLSA Chairman Carl Heyne (another close friend and respected peer of Craig’s).
Craig would have turned 54 this week. He is survived by wife Sharon, daughter Emily and son Hugh. The photos below are provided by NGISA, who should be praised for organising such a sensitive and fitting tribute to a much-loved member of our industry.
